Building and land-development permission where no Development Authority operates, linked to verified land records.
Water
Connections through recurring billing, with WASA-specific modes for Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, and Rajshahi.
Holding Tax
Ward-wise assessment, automatic demand generation, arrears tracking, and online settlement of the principal own revenue.
Certificates
Citizenship, character, warish, and income certificates — digitally issued, each with a publicly verifiable identifier.

Every institution is issued its own distinct portal — a separate system, not a shared instance. A maintenance event in one office cannot propagate to a neighboring one, to the citizen portal, or to the Ministry's view.
